19 Locust St is owned by Miss J D. Located in The Abbot Tract Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine.

It was first a getaway space for family, and then friends and family would stay over, and we have now converted the space fully into a short-rental home experience from arrival to departure.

We simply want to share our love for this great city, and show everyone all that it has to offer!

Directions & Parking

LOCATING THE PARKING:

Parking is the driveway directly in front of the house. There will be 2 parking spots available to use. Spot #1 is accessed by pulling directly in towards the house. Spot #2 is accessed by parking directly infront of the house facing East and West.

PARKING SPOTS:

Please do not block the other vehicles and only park at the designated locations

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Check in time is any time after 4pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you. Conrad will send your door code via the app.

HOUSE RULES

These are following house rules you ask that you abide in our Airbnb premises.

Guest Authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the lodge.

No Smoking: Guests: Please no smoking. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.

Linens: Please take care of our Linens and treat them like your own, we ask that no make up or stains be present after your stay.

Checkout Time: Guests should complete checkout by the designated checkout time of 10:00AM.

Cleanliness: Please treat our home like your own home! We ask that all dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and trash taken out to the trash cans before leaving.

Security: Please make sure both doors are locked before leaving during or after your stay.

We ask that you please let us know before your stay if you are bringing a pet with you so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Guest are responsible for all pet clean ups (yard included). Guest who do not adhere to this will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee at the end of the stay.

Turn on the TV by using the remote on the table underneath. Make sure the input is set to HDMI-1. This will open up to the main Roku screen where you can make your selection.

NETFLIX

Click on the Netflix button on the remote to access the app or select your desired streaming service on the screen. You can use your personal login credentials for any of the available apps. We will make sure to sign you out after your stay.

Coffee Maker

Lift the top handle up

Add the provided coffee pod.

Close the handle down.

Place cup below the handle.

Press the Start button to start the brewing.

Instructions in during your stay in Sitka Lodge.

Thermostat

The thermostat is located North/East wall of the dining room.

Click on the Mode button to change it between Cool/Heat/Auto functions.

Oven Instructions

Turn the far left knob to either the hand setting or to the desired cook time (for pre-set timing). Then, adjust the second-from-left know for the desired cooking temperature. Finally, adjust the third-from-left knob for the deseried cooking technique (low/medium/high or

broil/bake/roast.

Garbage + Recycling

You will find trash bins in the kitchen and in each bedroom.

A green bin for recycling is outside.
The brown bins are for regular trash.
Please take all trash out after cooking and before the end of your stay.

For Longer Stays

Trash and recycling pick up is every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The bins are located on the west side of the house next to the sitting area.
